Hello, I am Kamile

A registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specialising in weight loss and emotional eating

My personal experience of emotional eating, and the ongoing struggle to find the right support, led me to train in nutrition and health coaching. I have myself experienced the impact of the right nutrition on satiety, weight, mood, energy, cravings and overall wellbeing. Now I help my patients to take back control of their health and feel happy in their body.
